You receive a booking request

As a host, you are notified that a tenant wants to book your property — whether via a short-term rental platform or directly.

You send the Verihost link to the tenant

From your Verihost dashboard, you generate and send a secure link to the tenant. This link allows them to carry out an identity verification and make a deposit online, in a fully secure way.

The tenant completes their file

By following the link, the tenant:

• Registers their deposit (amount held on their card, no immediate charge)
• Verifies their identity via an enhanced security system (facial recognition and ID document), if this option is activated in your plan
• Accepts the rental conditions before their stay

You receive a clear result

You can see the full verification status — identity, deposit, status — before definitively accepting the booking. No ambiguity, no document to retrieve manually.

The stay is managed from A to Z

Check-out, photos and history remain available from your dashboard throughout the stay. In case of dispute, all evidence is archived and accessible.
